Free Parking:  Surface parking lot on the corner of San Pablo Street and Lambie Street 100 yards north of the Norris Healthcare Center.  Signage will be posted at the parking lot instructing where to enter the building.

HKS Architects, Keck Medicine of USC, USC

The Norris Healthcare Center is the latest addition to the USC Health Sciences campus and was constructed for Keck Medicine of USC.  It is a major regional and national resource for cancer research, treatment, prevention and education. The building is comprised of one floor below grade and six floors above totaling 110,000 square feet.  Programmatic elements in the building include:  Food Service with an outdoor Dining Plaza, six Operating Rooms, Pre-Op, PACU, Phlebotomy, Conference Center, and clinics for Multidisciplinary services, Oncology, Infusion and Imaging.  There is a cutting-edge Multiple Sclerosis (MS) clinic, as well as “destination” urology services.  HKS Architects is the designer and the general contractor was DPR Construction Inc.


  • Learn about the latest healthcare innovations in a multidisciplinary academic based building.
  • Identify a mix of business occupancies and OSHPD 3 in the same building.
  • Understand overlapping Agencies Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) in one building:  LADBS, OSHPD3, LA County Health Department.
