AIA LA Healthcare Committee presents

WELL in Practice: A Closer Look at Healthcare and the Office Environment

Wednesday, September 21, 4:30-6:30pm
Glumac - 707 Wilshire Boulevard, 23rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017

There is public parking and street parking in the area. While there is parking under the building we cannot provide validations. The building is also one block away from the Metro Center train station.

Healthcare facilities and the WELL building standard both strive to improve the health and wellbeing of people but how aligned are they in practice? The first part of the presentation will take a deeper dive into WELL to see where there are natural fits and where there are gaps between the rating system and industry standards. In the second part of the presentation, CBRE will provide prospective on the drivers that led them to pioneer the implementation of WELL and the impacts it has had on their workplace.
